Beach-side bartending: Buy a coconut, cut it open, drink a bit of the juice so you have space in the coconut and then add a splash…or more of Seekers!
Or build in a glass with ice. - check the sweetness of the coconut and add sugar syrup to taste.
50ml Seekers Mekong Dry
150ml Coconut Water
10ml Simple Syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a highball. Add ice and stir.
Garnish with fresh Pandan.
