gold Spritz
Bright, refreshing spritz with touch of added complexity from our Gold Gin.
40ml Mekong Gold Gin
25ml Aperol
25ml Fresh Orange
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Soda Water
Pour all ingredients except the soda into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Strain into red wine glass and top-up with soda water Peel an orange over the glass and garnish with a slice of the zest.
